I have a horrible back and bulging/herniated disc in my lower back, I found the best topper for my back of all places, at wal-mart. Its not as good as a mattress, but it helps. It’s memory foam stuff, although, like I said, not as great as the actual mattress. The memory foam helps though, I bought the thicker of the 2 toppers, I think its 4 or 5 inches thick.
